Currently , the Okgye Plant ( annual capacity of 7.6 million tons ) , which produces Portland cement, and the Gwangyang Plant ( annual capacity of 1.6 million tons ), Incheon Plant ( annual capacity of 1.6 million tons ), and Pohang Plant ( annual capacity of 1.6 million tons ) produce approximately 1,240 million tons of slag cement and special cement. It produces 10,000 tons of cement .
